How else could we explain the fact that we were able to move 4 times within 6 years from Pilsner to Prague, then around Prague and when the kids were older to Sydney and then back to Prague. All of this nomading was acompanied by endless buying of aparments, renovation and furnishing, renting out the ones we left behind and the sale of those we decided to vacate for good.
This difficult era left a huge impact on me and thanks to this experience, I came to one important conclusion: that just like myself, the buyers and tenants of our propeties, choose their homes, according to the FEELING they have during the inspection or photographs they saw of the place. One of the most significant experiences I want to mention, is the lease of a huge apartment in a new block, due to the appropriately painted walls in pink and the fully furnished room for a little girl, who moved in very soon after that, and I dare say ,that if this children´s room had been just white walls with no furniture, we woud have been searching for tenants much longer.
During my stay in Sydney, I did interior design and new was involved in putting together new projects renovating well known restaurants .I have been professionally involved as a buyer in the world, where fashion and design go hand in hand, in such destinatons as Milano, Amsterdam and Dusseldorf.

THE SALE OF A FLAT PRAHA ŽIŽKOV Sold for 12 000 000 CZK The four bedroom flat, with an area of 180 square metres and great architecture, designed by the architect Fanta, was in a state, where it was needed to „sweep out the cobwebs“, due to having long term elderly tenant . The kitchen and bathroom was due for complete renovation. We aimed at getting extra ligh into enhance the 4 metre high ceilings. We created a relaxing area out of a niche that is in the living room. The living room was enlightened using colour aspects and the bedroom was concepted as an oasis of calming atmosphere using grey tones. The flat found it´s happy owner from overseas.
