Our team and I have prepared an apartment for a photo shoot in Umělecká Street, Letná.

We have turned a traditional apartment with high ceilings and parquet floors into a pleasant place to sit with family and relax with a book.

The current proposed selling price according to the location is 11,500,000 CZK. Thanks to Home staging, the property was sold for 13,150,000 CZK after 2 months.

Profit 1,650,000 CZK.

The theme of this house is white, grey and anthracite with the use of solid oak wood and concrete polished plaster. Neutral colour scheme with lighter accents will go ideally with furniture and decoration. Patterns are very important and determining.

Together with the real estate agent we decided to get rid of the original purple venetian plaster and paint the whole house white to make it feel more spacious. A dark sofa and a striped carpet gave the living room the right contrast.
