what is it
Home staging is a method of preparing a property for sale in the real estate market before the professional photographer comes in to take pictures and potential buyers come for viewings. Staging is designed to showcase a home's best assets, impress buyers, and show them what their new potential home could look like.
how it works
We turn any interior into a high-standard and perfectly coordinated space. Your apartment or house will then have a strong position in the real estate market and give the seller the means to sell it quickly for more.
why it works
The reason why more and more owners and real estate agents hire home stagers is simply to sell their property quickly and for the highest possible price.
Restyle bookshelves by removing excess books, rearrange furniture within a room, choose the right combination of colours, decoration and style.
Make the property stand out.
This is what we do.
It is both fulfilling and challenging.

traditional flat, Letná
Our team and I have prepared an apartment for a photo shoot in Umělecká Street, Letná.
We have turned a traditional apartment with high ceilings and parquet floors into a pleasant place to sit with family and relax with a book.
The current proposed selling price according to the location is 11,500,000 CZK. Thanks to Home staging, the property was sold for 13,150,000 CZK after 2 months.
Profit 1,650,000 CZK.
APARTMENT SHOW HOME,
THE CENTRE OF KARLIN
No matter how high the value of the property is, even the most luxurious design project could benefit from the help of a designer. You can highlight the space to provoke a positive emotional response in a regular unstaged home by adding appropriate accessories like rugs, throws, cushions etc.
UNFURNISHED FAMILY HOUSE IN HOVORČOVICE
The theme of this house is white, grey and anthracite with the use of solid oak wood and concrete polished plaster. Neutral colour scheme with lighter accents will go ideally with furniture and decoration. Patterns are very important and determining.
MAISONETTE IN ÚJEZD
The owner, Martina Felcmanova, wrote: “I would like to thank you for your work and ideas. You handled and coordinated everything perfectly. It was a pleasure to work with you. Thank you again and I look forward to working with you again. I will gladly be recommending your services.”
Together with the real estate agent we decided to get rid of the original purple venetian plaster and paint the whole house white to make it feel more spacious. A dark sofa and a striped carpet gave the living room the right contrast.
BLOCK OF FLATS, HOSTIVAŘ
“Mirka helped me a lot. Not only did she provide the furniture she also designed and coordinated all the changes and renovation with our tradesmen. Even though the initial fees seemed higher than I’d expected, the reaction to it was immediate – the number of viewings was incredible and I found a buyer within a week.”
Petra Shinkmannova, real estate agent.
NEW BUILD, DIVOKÁ ŠÁRKA
“My wife and I decided to invest in a completely empty apartment. My plan was to simply list the property through a real estate agency. Mirka contacted us and told us that it would be a shame not to use Marketing and Home staging. Her concept and design helped raise the rent by 50%. The apartment was rented within 3 days. If I hadn’t seen how important and effective Home Staging was, I wouldn’t have believed it.”
